विधायक की मांग के कुछ घंटों में ही डबवाली को मिली हाइड्रोलिक जेटिंग कम सक्शन मशीन की सौगात

विधायक अमित सिहाग ने जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों से विधानसभा कमेटी की एस्टीमेट मीटिंग में विभागीय एसीएस से डबवाली में सीवरेज की सफ़ाई के लिए हाइड्रोलिक जेटिंग कम सक्शन मशीन की मांग को रख कर पूरा करवा लिया है। इस विषय में जानकारी देते हुए विधायक अमित सिहाग ने बताया कि उन्होंने पिछले विधानसभा सत्र में इस मांग को रखा था और बताया था कि डबवाली हरियाणा के एक छोर पर स्थित है और इसके कारण बरसात के दिनों में सीवरेज साफ करने के लिए दूर से मशीन मंगवानी पड़ती है जिसके कारण आमजन को भारी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। सिहाग ने बताया कि तब करोना काल का हवाला देकर इस मांग को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया था लेकिन आज विधानसभा कमेटी मीटिंग में जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग से हुई मीटिंग में उन्होंने फिर से इस मांग को रखा और उसी के मध्यनजर शाम को विभाग द्वारा शहरों को मशीनें आवंटित करने के लिए जारी निर्देशों में डबवाली को भी शामिल कर लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मशीन को मिलने से डबवाली में सीवरेज साफ करने में सहूलियत मिलेगी और आमजन को राहत मिलेगी। सिहाग ने विभागीय अधिकारियों से पूछा कि सरकार कह रही है कि 2024 तक सौ फीसदी ग्रामीण घरों को 55 लीटर प्रति व्यक्ति के हिसाब से पेयजल उपलब्ध करवाया जायेगा उन्होंने अधिकारियों से प्रश्न करते हुए कहा कि क्या उन घरों में ढाणियों को भी शामिल किया गया है? उन्होंने मांग रखी कि अगर ढाणियों को शामिल नहीं किया गया है तो उन्हें शामिल कर सहूलियत दी जाए। सिहाग के प्रश्न पर अधिकारियों ने कहा कि पहले सरकार का नियम था कि एक ढाणी में कम से कम 20 घर या 100 की आबादी होने पर जल जीवन मिशन के तहत् पानी उपलब्ध करवाया जाता था लेकिन अब मुख्यमंत्री हरियाणा से हुई मीटिंग में फैसला किया गया है कि जिस ढाणीयों में असलियत में कई परिवार रहते हैं उन ढाणियों को छूट देकर पेयजल आपूर्ति करवाई जायेगी। सिहाग ने उम्मीद जताई कि जहां हाइड्रोलिक जेटिंग कम सक्शन मशीन से डबवाली को लाभ मिलेगा वहीं पेयजल उपलब्ध होने से हरियाणा में ढाणियों में बसे लोगों को भी सहूलियत मिलेगी।

MLA Amit Sihag has got the demand of hydraulic jetting cum suction machine for cleaning the sewerage in Dabwali fulfilled by the departmental ACS in the assembly committee's estimate meeting with the officials of the public health department. Giving information in this regard, MLA Amit Sihag said that he had raised this demand in the last assembly session and told that Dabwali is located at one end of Haryana and due to this, machines have to be ordered from a distance to clean sewerage during rainy days. Due to which the common man has to face a lot of problems. Sihag said that then he had put this demand in cold storage by citing the Karona period, but today in the meeting held with the Public Health Department in the assembly committee meeting, he again placed this demand and in the midst of that, in the evening, the machines were allotted to the cities by the department. Dabwali has also been included in the instructions issued to do so. He said that getting this machine would help in cleaning the sewerage in Dabwali and the common man would get relief. Sihag asked the departmental officers that the government was saying that by 2024, 100 percent rural households would be provided drinking water at the rate of 55 liters per person. He demanded that if the dhanis have not been included, then they should be included and given facilities. On Sihag's question, the officials said that earlier it was the rule of the government that water was provided under Jal Jeevan Mission if there was at least 20 houses or a population of 100 in a Dhani, but now it has been decided in a meeting with Chief Minister Haryana. That the dhanis in which many families actually live will be provided drinking water supply at a discount to those dhanis. Sihag expressed hope that while the hydraulic jetting cum suction machine will benefit Dabwali, the availability of drinking water will also help the people living in Dhanis in Haryana.
