'गब्बर' कल सिरसा में, किसका करेंगे 'इलाज'!

प्रदेश के गृहमंत्री अनिल विज जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की कल 31 दिसंबर को आयोजित की जाने वाली बैठक की अध्यक्षता करेंगे।उनके सम्मुख विभिन्न विभागों की लगभग डेढ़ दर्जन शिकायतें पटल पर रखी जाएंगी। इन शिकायतों पर श्री विज क्या एक्शन लेते है, इसको लेकर संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है।

ब्यूरोक्रेट्स में श्री विज को 'गब्बर' के नाम से पुकारा जाता है, जोकि तत्काल न्याय करने के लिए विख्यात है। न केवल पटल पर रखी गई शिकायतों के मामलों को लेकर ही उनका सख्त रूख रहता है बल्कि उनके समक्ष पीड़ा लेकर पहुंचने वालों का भी वे मौके पर ही निदान करने में विश्वास करते है। चूंकि श्री विज के पास गृह विभाग और स्वास्थ्य विभाग है और स्थानीय निकाय विभाग भी उनके पास ही था। ऐसे में उनके अधीन विभागों की ढिलाई के मामलों में संबंधित अधिकारियों पर गाज गिरने की आशंका जताई जाती है।कोरोना की वजह से जिला कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक लंबे अरसे से नहीं हो पाई। इस बैठक के माध्यम से आमजन अपनी पीड़ा व्यक्त कर पाते है और उन्हें मौके पर ही निदान मिल पाता है। जब-जब भी गृहमंत्री अनिल विज ने ऐसी समितियों की बैठक की अध्यक्षता की, उन्होंने जनसमस्याओं पर कड़ा संज्ञान लिया। ड्यूटी में लापरवाही बरतने वाले, भ्रष्टाचारियों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने में देर नहीं की। प्रदेश में तलख टिप्पणी और हाथों हाथ न्याय करने के लिए वे विख्यात है। सिरसावासियों को भी उनके आगमन को लेकर बड़ी आस जगी हुई है कि लंबे अरसे से लटकाई जा रही विभिन्न समस्याओं का साल के आखिरी दिन श्री विज के हाथों समाधान हो पाएगा।

नगर परिषद में खलबली!

सिरसा नगर परिषद में जो कथित धांधलियां की गई है, स्वच्छता के मामले में सिरसा की जो भद्द पिटी है। आम आदमी पार्टी का डेढ़ माह से धरना चल रहा है। उसे लेकर परिषद अधिकारियों को कुछ सुझाई नहीं पड़ रहा कि आखिर बचने के लिए क्या उपाय किए जाए। गृहमंत्री विज के संज्ञान में मामला आने पर कईयों को सलाखों के पीछे जाना पड़ सकता है। मामले को हल्का करने के लिए ही संभवत: घर-घर से कचरा उठाने वाले ड्राइवरों के धरने को समाप्त करवाया गया। इसके साथ ही एक माह से धरनारत प्रोपर्टी डीलरों को भी आश्वासन देकर धरने से उठाया गया। मामला आम आदमी पार्टी के धरने से विकट बना हुआ है। हालांकि इसे राजनीतिक रूप दर्शाकर बचने की कोशिश भी की जाए। मगर, गलियों व सड़कों के निर्माण में बरती गई कथित धांधली, डस्टबिन-बैंच और जिम उपकरण की खरीद, पार्कों के सौंदर्यीकरण के नाम पर बरती गई अनियमितताओं को लेकर श्री विज कोई बड़ा फैसला सुना सकते है।

इनकी शिकायतों पर होगी सुनवाई

कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक के एजेंडे में पहली शिकायत रूपाणा गंजा निवासी रामकुमार पुत्र पतराम की रखी जाएगी। उनका मामला पिछले 9 सालों से चल रहा है। जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी पोती की मौत की सीबीआई जांच की मांग की थी। इसके बाद गांव फेफाना निवासी लीलूराम पुत्र मंगलाराम की पटल पर रखी जाएगी। पुलिस विभाग से संबंधित इस दूसरी शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया है कि पुत्री के दहेज हत्यारोपियों के खिलाफ पुलिस ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। तीसरी शिकायत गांव कोटली निवासी वीरपाल कौर पत्नी जोगेंद्र सिंह व अन्य की ओर से है, जिसमें पार्वती जन कल्याण ट्रस्ट द्वारा औरतों को फ्री सामान देने का झांसा देकर 500-500 रुपये ठगने का आरोप है। इसके बाद सिंचाई विभाग से संबंधित शिकायत आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट सुरेंद्र सरदाना एडवोकेट निवासी तलवाड़ाखुर्द की पटल पर रखी जाएगी। आरटीआई के माध्यम से घग्घर की सफाई में स्कूटर, थ्री व्हीलर का इस्तेमाल करने का खुलासा करने वाले सरदाना द्वारा भ्रष्टाचारियों पर कार्रवाई न किए जाने की शिकायत की गई है। अगली शिकायत भी सुरेंद्र सरदाना की ही है, जोकि हुडा विभाग व नगरपालिका के खिलाफ है।

कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक में अगली शिकायत गोविंद पुत्र अवतार सिंह द्वारा मक्कड़ फाइनेंस सिरसा की है। जिसमें आरटीए विभाग के कर्मचारियों पर सांठगांठ करके फाइनेंस की गाड़ी का रिकार्ड में लोन दर्ज नहीं किया। इसके बाद कीर्तीनगर निवासी अमित कुमार पुत्र बलबीर सिंह की शिकायत पटल पर रखी जाएगी। जिसमें सरकारी अस्पताल के स्टॉफ पर एक्सपायर हो चुकी दवा का इंजेक्शन लगाने का आरोप है। इसके बाद गांव केसुपुरा निवासी सुखविंद्र पुत्र दर्शन सिंह की शिकायत पटल पर रखी जाएगी। शिकायत में उन गलियों के निर्माण का आरोप लगाया गया है जोकि गैर सरकारी है। बैठक में रिछपाल सिंह निवासी कोटली, बलजिंद्र सिंह निवासी रत्ताखेड़ा, अनिल कुमार निवासी गौशाला रोड सिरसा, नीटू पुत्र विजय कुमार निवासी वार्ड नंबर-19 सिरसा, साहिल चुघ एडवोकेट निवासी रानियां, गुरमेल सिंह निवासी कुरंगावाली, संदीप सिंह निवासी सुचान, वेद प्रकाश निवासी माधोसिंघाना, दौलतराम निवासी गुडियाखेड़ा की शिकायतें पटल पर रखी जाएगी।

 State Home Minister Anil Vij will preside over the meeting of District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee to be held tomorrow on December 31. About one and a half dozen complaints of various departments will be placed before him on the table. There has been a stir among the officials of the concerned departments regarding the action taken by Mr. Vij on these complaints. Among the bureaucrats, Mr. Vij is known as 'Gabbar', who is known for delivering instant justice. Not only does he maintain a strict stance on the matters of complaints placed on the table, but he also believes in spot-diagnosing those who come before him with pain. Since Mr. Vij has the Home Department and the Health Department and the Local Bodies Department was also with him. In such a situation, there is a possibility of falling on the concerned officers in the cases of laxity of the departments under them.

Due to Corona, the meeting of the District Grievance Redressal Committee could not be held for a long time. Through this meeting, the common people are able to express their pain and they get the solution on the spot. Whenever Home Minister Anil Vij presided over the meeting of such committees, he took strict cognizance of public problems. It was not too late to take prompt action against the corrupt, who are negligent in duty. He is well-known for his strong remarks and hand-to-hand justice in the state. The people of Sirsa are also very hopeful about his arrival that various problems which have been pending for a long time will be resolved at the hands of Shri Vij on the last day of the year.

 

Panic in the city council!

Sirsa. The alleged rigging that has been done in Sirsa Municipal Council, Sirsa's ugliness in the matter of cleanliness. Aam Aadmi Party's dharna is going on for one and a half months. The council officers are not getting any suggestion about what measures should be taken to avoid it. Many may have to go behind the bars if the matter comes to the notice of Home Minister Vij. To lighten the matter, perhaps the door-to-door dharna of the drivers who picked up the garbage was brought to an end. Along with this, the property dealers who were on strike for a month were also raised from the dharna by giving assurance. The matter has remained grim with the Aam Aadmi Party's sit-in. However, an attempt should also be made to avoid showing it in a political way. But Mr. Vij can give a big verdict regarding the alleged rigging in the construction of streets and roads, purchase of dustbin-benches and gym equipment, irregularities in the name of beautification of parks.

These complaints will be heard

. The first complaint will be placed on the agenda of the meeting of the Grievance Redressal Committee of Ramkumar, son of Patram, resident of Rupana Ganja. His case is going on for the last 9 years. In which he demanded a CBI inquiry into the death of his granddaughter. After this, it will be placed on the table of Leeluram's son Mangalaram, resident of village Phefana. In this second complaint related to the police department, it has been alleged that the police did not take any action against the dowry killers of the daughter. The third complaint is from village Kotli resident Veerpal Kaur wife Jogendra Singh and others, in which there is an allegation of cheating 500-500 rupees by Parvati Jan Kalyan Trust on the pretext of giving free goods to women. After this, the complaint related to Irrigation Department will be placed on the table of RTI activist Surendra Sardana Advocate resident Talwarakhurd. Through RTI, a complaint has been made by Sardana, who disclosed the use of scooter, three wheeler in cleaning the Ghaggar, about not taking action against the corrupt. The next complaint is also of Surendra Sardana, which is against the HUDA department and the municipality.

In the meeting of the Grievance Redressal Committee, the next complaint is made by Govind Putra Avtar Singh to Makkar Finance Sirsa. In which, in connivance with the employees of the RTA department, the loan was not recorded in the record of the vehicle of finance. After this, the complaint of Kirtinagar resident Amit Kumar son Balbir Singh will be placed on the table. In which the staff of the government hospital is accused of injecting expired medicine. After this, the complaint of Sukhwinder son Darshan Singh, resident of Kesupura village, will be placed on the table. The complaint alleges construction of streets which are non-government. In the meeting, Richpal Singh resident Kotli, Baljinder Singh resident Ratkheda, Anil Kumar resident Gaushala Road Sirsa, Neetu son Vijay Kumar resident Ward No-19 Sirsa, Sahil Chugh, Advocate resident Queens, Gurmel Singh resident Kurangwali, Sandeep Singh resident Suchan, Ved Prakash resident Madhosinghana. The complaints of Daulatram resident Gudiyakheda will be placed on the table.
