80 किलोग्राम डोडा पोस्त बरामदगी मामले में सप्लायर भी आया पुलिस की पकड़ में

जिला की नारकोटिकस सेल पुलिस टीम ने एक ट्रक से 80 किलोग्राम डोडा पोस्त बरामदगी मामले में महत्वपूर्ण सुराग जुटाते हुए सप्लायर को भी राजस्थान के जोधपुर जिला के गांव गाडना क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए नारकोटिक्स सेल प्रभारी उप निरीक्षक दाताराम ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार किए गए सप्लायर की पहचान जसराज पुत्र मोहनलाल निवासी गाडना जिला जोधपुर राजस्थान के रूप में हुई है। उन्होंने बताया कि बीती 25 दिसंबर को नारकोटिक्स सेल की पुलिस टीम ने गश्त व चेकिंग के दौरान ट्रक सवार पंजाब के तपा मंडी निवासी चमनदीप सिंह पुत्र गुरचरण सिंह को सकता खेड़ा क्षेत्र से 80 किलोग्राम डोडा पोस्त के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया था। सेल प्रभारी ने बताया कि पकड़े गए आरोपी ने पूछताछ में बताया था कि वह यह डोडा पोस्त जोधपुर के गांव गाडना के निवासी जसराज से लेकर आया है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस सूचना को पाकर पकड़े गए आरोपी चमनदीप सिंह को अदालत से रिमाडं पर लेकर उनके नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम सप्लायर को पकड़ने के लिए राजस्थान के लिए रवाना हुई थी और चमनदीप सिंह की निशानदेही पर उक्त सप्लायर जसराज को काबू कर लिया। प्रभारी ने बताया कि पकड़े गए आरोपी को अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा।

He said that on December 25, during patrolling and checking, the police team of Narcotics Cell arrested the truck rider, Chamandeep Singh, son of Gurcharan Singh, resident of Tapa Mandi, Punjab, with 80 kg of Doda poppy from Sakta Kheda area. The cell in-charge said that the arrested accused had told during interrogation that he had brought this doda post from Jasraj, a resident of Gadna village in Jodhpur. He said that after receiving this information, the arrested accused Chamandeep Singh was taken on remand from the court and the police team under his leadership had left for Rajasthan to nab the supplier and on the behest of Chamandeep Singh, the said supplier was arrested.
