विद्युत निगम की ओर से प्रस्तावित प्री-पेड मीटर स्कीम का झांसा देकर डबवाली की फर्म मैसर्ज आरके मैन सप्लाई एंड सर्विस के संचालकों से 20 लाख रुपये ठगने का मामला सामने आया है।

डबवाली शहर पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर दो लोगों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्जकर जांच शुरू कर दी है।मैसर्ज आरके मैन सप्लाई एंड सर्विस के संचालक रवि पुत्र सुलतान निवासी रिसालियाखेड़ा ने पुलिस को दी शिकायत में बताया कि उनकी फर्म ठेकेदारों को लेबर उपलब्ध करवाने का कार्य करती है।

बताया कि ईगल आई स्टडीज एजूकेशनल चेरीटेबल ट्रस्ट दिल्ली का डायरेक्टर बताने वाले रामनारायण उर्फ अमृत पुत्र महेंद्र कुमार निवासी अबोहर व उसके साथी कुलविंद्र निवासी मोहाली ने एक जुलाई 2020 को उनसे संपर्क साधा। कहा कि उनके पास हरियाणा सरकार से सिरसा जिला में प्री-पेड स्मार्ट मीटर लगाने का ठेका है। उन्हें मीटर इंस्टाल करने है और इसकी एवज में उन्हें 10 प्रति मीटर मिलेगा। कहा गया कि सिरसा जिला में चार लाख मीटर इंस्टाल करने है। उनकी बात पर विश्वास करके एग्रीमेंट के लिए 75 हजार रुपये उनकी फर्म के नाम जारी किए। इसके बाद फिर से पैसे का तकाजा किया। जिस पर उन्होंने अपने रिश्तेदारों से उधार लेकर नगद राशि का भुगतान उन्हें किया। इस दौरान आरोपियों द्वारा उनके साथ लिखित एग्रीमेंट भी किया गया और विश्वास दिलाने के लिए कोरे चैक भी दिए। काम शुरू करने के लिए जब भी कहा तो कहा गया कि किसान आंदोलन चल रहा है। इसलिए विलंब हो रहा है, जल्द ही काम शुरू होगा। स्मार्ट मीटर पहुंच जाएंगें। बहानेबाजी करते हुए जून-2021 आ गया और आरोपी 20 लाख रुपये हड़प चुके थे। जब उन्होंने अपने स्तर पर पड़ताल की तो पाया कि आरोपियों के पास सरकार से कोई परमिशन प्राप्त नहीं है और उनके साथ सरासर धोखाधड़ी की गई है। पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपियों के खिलाफ भादंसं की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्जकर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
