हरियाणा सरकार ने कोरोना महामारी की रोकथाम को लेकर जारी पाबन्दियों को फिर आगे बढा दिया है। प्रदेश में अब एक हफ्ते यानी 28 जून तक के लिए लॉकडाउन आगे बढ़ाया गया है।उपायुक्त एवं जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के चेयरमैन अनीश यादव ने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा महामारी अलर्ट-सुरक्षित हरियाणा की अवधि को 28 जून, 2021 प्रात: पांच बजे तक बढ़ा दिया गया है, जिसके मद्देनजर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा नई हिदायतें जारी की गई है। नई हिदायतों के अनुसार जिला में अब सभी दुकानों को अब प्रात: 9 बजे से लेकर रात्रि आठ बजे तक खोलने की अनुमति प्रदान की गई है। साथ ही कोविड-19 के नियमों की पालना करते हुए सुबह 10 बजे से रात्रि आठ बजे तक मॉल भी खोले जा सकेंगे। रेस्टोरेंट, बार (होटल अथवा मॉल में स्थित हैं) सुबह 10 बजे से रात्रि 10 बजे तक 50 प्रतिशत बैठने की क्षमता के साथ खोलने की इजाजत है लेकिन कोविड गाइडलाइन की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। होटल, रेस्टोरेंट व फास्ट फूड प्रतिष्ठानों से होम डिलीवरी की अनुमति रात्रि 10 बजे तक रहेगी। जिला में स्थित धार्मिक स्थल एक समय में 50 लोगों की उपस्थिति के साथ खुल सकते हैं और उक्त अवधि में एक दूसरे से उचित सामाजिक दूरी की पालना, मास्क का उपयोग व अन्य स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा मानकों का ध्यान रखना होगा।

कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिसों में सभी कर्मचारी आ सकते हैं, जिसमें कोविड गाइडलाइन की गंभीरता से पालना करनी होगी। विवाह समारोह में व अंतिम संस्कार के दौरान 50 लोग शामिल हो सकते हैं जबकि विवाह समारोह में बारात की अनुमति नहीं होगी। गोल्फ कोर्स के क्लब हाउस, रेस्टारेंट, बॉर में भी 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ खुलने की अनुमति सुबह 10 बजे से रात्रि 10 बजे तक की रहेगी तथा कोविड गाइडलाइन की पालना सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।

नई गाइडलाइन के अनुसार जिम सुबह छह बजे से रात्रि आठ बजे तक 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ खुलने की अनुमति रहेगी तथा कोविड गाइडलाइन की पालना सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। सभी उत्पादन इकाइयों, प्रतिष्ठानों, उद्योगों को कार्य करने की अनुमति है, हालांकि उन्हें कोविड-19 के तहत निर्धारित मानदंडों की कड़ाई से पालन करनी होगी। स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स व स्टेडियम को खेल गतिविधियों के लिए खोलने की अनुमति प्रदान की गई है लेकिन दर्शकों की अनुमति नहीं है। जिला खेल एवं युवा कार्यक्रम अधिकारी खेल परिसर में सामाजिक दूरी, नियमित सैनिटाइजेशन व कोविड नियमों की पालना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। स्वीमिंग पुल व स्पा बंद रहेंगे। संबंधित एसडीएम अपने-अपने अधीन क्षेत्रों में आदेशों की दृढता से पालना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि नियमों की उल्लंघना करने वालों के खिलाफ आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 51 से 60 व धारा 188 के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।

Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority, Anish Yadav informed that the period of pandemic alert-safe Haryana has been extended by the Haryana Government till 5 am on June 28, 2021, in view of which new instructions have been issued by the district administration. According to the new instructions, permission has now been given to open all the shops in the district from 9 am to 8 pm. Also, following the rules of Kovid-19, malls can also be opened from 10 am to 8 pm. Restaurants, bars (located in hotels or malls) are allowed to open from 10 am to 10 pm with 50 percent seating capacity but compliance with the COVID guidelines will have to be ensured. Home delivery from hotels, restaurants and fast food establishments will be allowed till 10 pm. Religious places located in the district can open with the presence of 50 people at a time and during the said period, proper social distancing, use of masks and other health safety standards will have to be taken care of.

All employees can come to corporate offices, in which the Kovid guidelines will have to be followed seriously. 50 people can attend the wedding ceremony and during the last rites, while the procession will not be allowed in the marriage ceremony. The golf course's clubhouse, restaurant, bar will also be allowed to open with 50 percent capacity from 10 am to 10 pm and the Kovid guidelines will have to be ensured.

According to the new guideline, gyms will be allowed to open from 6 am to 8 pm with 50 percent capacity and adherence to the Kovid guidelines will have to be ensured. All production units, establishments, industries are allowed to function, although they will have to strictly follow the norms laid down under COVID-19. Sports complexes and stadiums have been allowed to open for sporting activities but spectators are not allowed. The District Sports and Youth Program Officer will ensure social distance, regular sanitization and compliance of Kovid rules in the sports complex. Swimming pools and spas will remain closed. The concerned SDMs will ensure strict compliance of the orders in their respective areas.

The Deputy Commissioner said that legal action should be taken against those who violate the rules under Section 51 to 60 and Section 188 of the Disaster Management Act 2005.
