नीट' की परीक्षा में ये कैसा खेल? प्रतिभागी छात्रा की ओएमआर शीट पर बदल डाला रोल नंबर

प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं द्वारा जिस 'नीट' की परीक्षा को के्रक करने का सपना देखा जाता है, उसकी परीक्षा में ऐसा भी खेल खेला जा सकता है, ऐसा शायद ही किसी ने सोचा होगा। कोटा में प्रतियोगिता की कड़ी मेहनत करने और दिनरात इस परीक्षा को उत्र्तीण करने का सपना संजोने वाले युवाओं से ही इस परीक्षा की महत्ता का पता लगाया जा सकता है। भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा की भांति इस परीक्षा को पास करने के लिए युवा अपने दिन का चैन और रातों की नींद दांव पर लगा देते है। न केवल युवा बल्कि उनके अभिभावक भी अपना जीवन दांव पर लगा देते है ताकि उनके बच्चों का भविष्य सुनहरा बन सकें।

मगर, हाल ही में आयोजित हुई नीट की परीक्षा में ऐसा खेल खेला जाना सामने आया है, जिसमें एक प्रतिभाशाली छात्रा को निराशा का सामना करना पड़ा। पिछले दो वर्षों से कोटा में कोचिंग लेने वाली इस छात्रा को परीक्षा में 720 में से 580 अंक आने की उम्मीद थी। मगर, जब परिणाम घोषित हुआ तो उसे महज 72 अंक ही हासिल हुए। परीक्षा उत्र्तीण न कर पाने की निराशा में ही अनेक युवा आत्मघाती कदम उठा लेते है, मगर इस छात्रा ने परीक्षा परिणाम को लेकर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई। शिकायत के बदले उसे 'ओएमआरÓ शीट प्रदान की गई,

जिसे जांचने पर परीक्षा में की गई धांधली का खुलासा हुआ। परीक्षार्थी गौरव ज्याणी पुत्री दलीप कुमार ज्याणी ने बताया कि रोलनंबर 3802001554 था, उसने ओएमआर शीट पर इसे अपने हाथों से अंकों में लिखा। इसके साथ ही ओएमआर शीट पर इन नंबरों के नीचे के डॉट भी काले किए। मगर, शिकायत करने पर जो ओएमआर शीट परीक्षार्थी गौरव ज्याणी को दी गई, उस पर रोलनंबर में छेड़छाड़ करके उसे 3802609884 कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही इन नंबरों के डॉट भी काले किए गए है। जिन नंबरों से छेड़छाड़ की गई है उन नंबरों के दो-दो डॉट काले किए हुए पाए गए। इसी प्रकार ओएमआर शीट का नंबर 1163094 है, जोकि शीट पर प्रिंटिंड भी है। उसने अपने हाथों से यही नंबर लिखा भी है और इन्हीं नंबरों के नीचे डॉट काले भी किए गए है। मगर, ओएमआर शीट के नंबरों से भी छेड़छाड़ कर उसे 1463094 कर दिया गया तथा इन नंबरों के डॉट भी काले कर दिए गए। इस प्रकार 11 केे स्थान पर 14 लिखे जाने से छेड़छाड़ वाले नंबर पर दो डॉट काले किए हुए है।

ओएमआर शीट यह साबित करती है कि परीक्षार्थी की शीट के साथ जानबूझकर, षड्यंत्रपूर्वक छेड़छाड़ की गई। एक प्रतिभाशाली छात्रा के भविष्य के साथ इस प्रकार का खिलवाड़ किया गया है। इस ओएमआर शीट ने सवालिया निशान लगा दिए है कि न जाने कितने प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं के साथ इस प्रकार का गंदा खेल खेला जा रहा होगा?

नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी लेती है परीक्षा

नीट की परीक्षा की महत्ता का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि परीक्षा के संचालन का जिम्मा नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (एनटीए) को सौंपा गया है। यह स्वायत्त संस्था है। इस संस्था की अपनी बड़ी साख है। इसके द्वारा परीक्षाओं के आयोजन को फूल प्रूफ माना जाता है। नीट जैसी परीक्षा के दौरान किसी प्रकार की नकल न हो, इसके लिए व्यापक बंदोबस्त किए जाते है। मगर, गौरव ज्याणी के मामले ने एनटीए के परीक्षा संचालन पर सवालिया निशान खड़े कर दिए है। चूंकि एक परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा के बाद अपनी ओएमआर शीट देकर सेंटर से बाहर चला जाता है।

परीक्षा के समय मौजूद निरीक्षकों द्वारा ओएमआर शीट पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाते है। परीक्षार्थी के अंगूठे और हस्ताक्षर का भी मिलान होता है। ऐसे में यह जांच का विषय है कि आखिर इस प्रकार का खेल किस स्तर पर किया गया? आखिर इससे किसे लाभ हुआ? क्या परीक्षार्थी का जानबूझकर भविष्य बर्बाद किया गया? या इसके माध्यम से किसी अन्य परीक्षार्थी को लाभ पहुंचाने का काम किया गया?

सीबीआई से जांच की मांग

प्रमुख व्हीस्लब्लोअर एवं आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट प्रो. करतार सिंह ने पूरे मामले को लेकर प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव, डीजीपी विजिलेंस तथा सीबीआई को पत्र लिखकर उच्च स्तरीय जांच की मांग की है। उन्होंने ओएमआर शीट के साथ छेड़छाड़ कर एक प्रतिभाशाली छात्रा के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ करने मामले में दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। कहा गया है कि नीट जैसे ख्यातिप्राप्त परीक्षा में इस प्रकार के खेल के पीछे के चेहरों को बेनकाब किए जाने की जरूरत है ताकि प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं का भविष्य अंधकारमय न हों।

NEET exam? Roll number changed on the OMR sheet of the participant student

One could hardly have imagined that such a game can be played in the examination of NEET which is dreamed of cracking by the talented youth. The importance of this exam can be ascertained only from the youth who cherish the dream of working hard for the competition in Kota and passing this exam day and night. Like the Indian Administrative Service, the youth put their day's rest and night's sleep at stake to clear this exam. Not only the youth but their parents also put their lives at stake so that the future of their children can be golden.

However, in the recently held NEET exam, such a game has come to the fore, in which a talented student had to face disappointment. The student, who took coaching in Kota for the last two years, was expecting 580 marks out of 720 in the exam. But, when the result was declared, he got only 72 marks. In the despair of not passing the examination, many youths take suicidal steps, but this student lodged her complaint regarding the examination result. In lieu of the complaint, he was provided with an 'OMR' sheet, which on scrutiny revealed the rigging of the examination. The examinee Gaurav Jyani daughter Dalip Kumar Jyani told that the roll number was 3802001554, she wrote it in numbers with her own hands on the OMR sheet. Along with this, the dots below these numbers on the OMR sheet were also darkened. But the OMR sheet which was given to the examinee Gaurav Jyani on complaint has been changed to 3802609884 by tampering with the roll number. Along with this, the dots of these numbers have also been blackened. Two dots each of those numbers which have been tampered with were found to be blackened. Similarly the number of OMR sheet is 1163094, which is also printed on the sheet. He has also written the same number with his own hands and the dots have also been blackened under these numbers. However, the numbers in the OMR sheet were also tampered with to 1463094 and the dots of these numbers were also blackened. Thus by writing 14 instead of 11, two dots on the tampered number are blackened.

The OMR sheet proves that the examinee's sheet was tampered with intentionally, conspiratorially. This kind of play has been done with the future of a talented student. This OMR sheet has put a question mark that such a dirty game is being played with so many talented youths?

National Testing Agency takes the exam

The importance of NEET exam can be gauged from the fact that the responsibility of conducting the exam has been entrusted to the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is an autonomous organization. This institution has a great reputation of its own. By this the conduct of examinations is considered fool proof. Elaborate arrangements are made to avoid any kind of copying during exams like NEET. However, Gaurav Jyani's case has raised question marks on the conduct of NTA's examinations. As a candidate leaves the center after giving his/her OMR sheet after the examination. The OMR sheet is signed by the invigilators present at the time of examination. Thumb and signature of the examinee are also matched. In such a situation, it is a matter of investigation that at what level was such a game done? After all, who benefited from it? Was the future of the examinee deliberately ruined? Or was it done to benefit some other candidate?

Demand for investigation from CBI

Prominent whistleblower and RTI activist Prof. Kartar Singh has written a letter to the Chief Secretary, DGP Vigilance and CBI regarding the entire matter, demanding a high level inquiry. He has demanded action against the culprits in the case of playing with the future of a talented student by tampering with the OMR sheet. It has been said that the faces behind this type of game need to be exposed in a reputed exam like NEET so that the future of talented youth is not bleak.
